At Slide Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
